I am an LPN graduated 2013 June, and I have been working with VCH since 2018 January and since 2019 in LGH Evergreen House.

I am a steward in BCNU since 2021 and have been attending to events and meetings since then. I chose to be involved in Union work by becoming a steward because i have seen that as nurses most of us knows how to advocate for our patients, residents but we mostly forget ourselves. We need strong advocates for ourselves.

I have been in the regional executive PR Advocate role since the start of this term September 1, 2023. I believe i can be more efficient in the Treasurer role as i was graduated from Math from Turkey in high school and I like math and would like to combine my interest with my union work.
