Embodying Your Practice Webinar: Challenging Choices

In this webinar Anita and Angelica will discuss the concept of a double-bind, a situation where no choice feels like an empowering or liberating choice. Together, you will explore strategies for working with these challenging situations, whether they arise from structural inequalities in the workplace, work overload, interpersonal dynamics at work, or personal history. 

This session is part of the Embodying Your Practices (EYP) webinar series and complements the on-demand course.
