Crucial Conversations: On Demand

Crucial Conversations is available in an online on-demand format. BCNU members can complete this course at their convenience within a year of the license activation date. The course provides participants with the skills to master high-stakes conversations while remaining calm and professional. The methods taught will improve members’ ability to communicate effectively when it counts the most. Whether in a professional or a personal context, the techniques are easy to learn and can be practiced in small steps until mastered.

Members receive free course access for approximately one year and are required to set their own training schedule. Members must provide their certificate of completion to the Education Team to ensure their union records are up to date.
