Crucial Conversations helps stewards or JOHS committee representatives recognize high-stake situations before they escalate into crises. The course shares methods for bringing interactions back to a safe place and fosters productive communication. Participants learn techniques effective for communication in critical situations to help achieve shared objectives with respect.
Crucial Conversations is a blended learning course comprised of weekly online learning activities starting on May 19, 2025 and two in-person sessions on June 10 - 11, 2025 at the BCNU Burnaby office.
The course is delivered using the BCNU Learning Centre, BCNU's learning management system. You will need to log in or create a new user account to apply.
