Building Union Strength

This workshop is open to all members and is considered a pre-requisite for becoming a steward.

Members will learn about:

• workplace rights and responsibilities 

• key events in labour and nursing history

• improving your working conditions

• how BCNU operates in the worksite

• the current issues facing health care

Note: You are not permitted to attend this workshop more than one time.
