NBA Contract Session

BCNU is facilitating an in-person education session for members to learn more about the terms of the 2022 - 2205 Nurses’ Bargaining Association (NBA) provincial collective agreement.

Members are encouraged to attend to learn more about new contract language covering areas such as wages and premiums, leaves and flexibility, benefits, health and safety, and new diversity, equity and inclusion-related language. BCNU staff will be on hand to answer participants’ questions.

The day will also include an overview of the NBA agreement with government to implement nurse-patient ratios in BC.
