Focus: What does 'solidarity' mean to you? BCNU staff facilitators will use a variety of in-person activities to help members identify the connections between unionism and the lack of cultural safety that have shaped the current systems in our workplaces. Participants will reflect on how we can take action to make the desired changes. 

Through facilitated discussions, independent activities, and small group work, individuals will navigate personal growth on a journey of exploration, examining themselves and understanding others. This will help us all become better situated to work in a safe and respectful workplace, fostering collaboration toward an inclusive healthcare environment for everyone.
