What does “solidarity” mean to you? BCNU staff facilitators use a variety of in-person activities to support BCNU membership to identify the connections between unionism and the lack of cultural safety that have established the current systems where we work while reflecting on how we can take action to make desired changes. Through facilitated discussions, independent and small group activities, navigate individual growth on a journey of exploration to examine yourself and understand others to become situated in a safe and respectful manner so we can work together to achieve an inclusive healthcare environment for everyone, In Solidarity.
