BCNU Election Reminder: Deadline for Nominations is January 20

Nomination papers for BCNU provincial and regional executive positions must be submitted by 5:00 PM, PST January 20, 2014

Elections for all BCNU provincial and regional executive positions will be held March 10 - 31. Any member who wishes to run for positions must submit their nomination form to BCNU by January 20. Election information and details on position roles and responsibilities were included in the December 2013 issue of Update magazine and are available on the BCNU website.

Please ensure you submit your nomination papers using the current nomination forms, and not older forms produced for previous elections. Nomination forms can be downloaded at www.bcnu.org. Look for Elections 2014 under "Hot Topics".

Nomination forms must be received no later than 5:00 PM, PST January 20, 2014.

Please submit completed PROVINCIAL nomination forms to BCNU's Nominations Committee (4060 Regent Street, Burnaby, BC, V5C 6P5 or by email to marcognoato@bcnu.org).

Please submit completed REGIONAL nomination forms to M. Livaja, Regional IT Assistant (4060 Regent Street, Burnaby, BC, V5C 6P5 or by email to regionalelection@bcnu.org).

Questions related to the provincial election can be directed to Marco Gnoato, Chair of the Provincial Nominations Committee.

Questions related to regional elections can be directed to the chair of the Regional Nomination Committee in each region. Regional chairs will have contact details.
