LRB transfers LPNs at eight worksites to BCNU
BCNU welcomes new LPN members and encourages participation in their new union
The BC Labour Relations Board has transferred LPNs at eight worksites to BCNU because the LRB has consolidated bargaining units in the Nurses' Bargaining Association.
LPNs at the worksites listed below will become BCNU members on the first pay period after September 20, 2013. LPNs' official date of transfer to BCNU may vary depending on the payroll systems of various employers.
- Finnish Manor
- Lynn Valley Care Centre
- McAuley Lodge
- R.W. Large Memorial Hospital
- St. Joseph's General Hospital
- Victoria China Town Centre
- Wrinch Memorial Hospital
The current terms of employment for LPNs such as rates of pay, seniority, pension and employee benefits will also transfer with you to BCNU.
