Wage Lifts Now in Effect for NBA, FBA members
New wage rates for BCNU members in the Nurses' Bargaining Association and Facilities Bargaining Association, effective April 1, 2013
The 3% wage increase negotiated during the most recent round of bargaining has now come into effect for all members included in the Nurses' Bargaining Association. To view your new wage rate, please refer to the Wage Rate Schedule.
For those members working at Pine Free Community Health Clinic, please refer to the Special Wage Rate Schedule.
Members covered by the Facilities contract received a 1% wage increase effective April 1, following the 2% increase they received on January 1, 2013. The FBA has not yet created a wage grid for members covered by their contract.
