BCNU at Women Deliver 2019 Conference
The Women Deliver conference, coming to Vancouver June 3-6, 2019, attracts the greatest minds, strongest activists and most progressive leaders from across the globe, and BCNU members are invited to participate.
Conference Volunteer - June 3-6
This three-day event requires more than 200 individuals a day to help ensure its success. Volunteers can attend a portion of the conference for free ? work a half-day shift, and are welcome to enjoy the conference sessions for a half-day in return. Volunteer positions are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis by Women Deliver, with priority given to BCNU members. Volunteer duties may include greeting attendees, ushering, serving as a room host, and/or speaker support. Volunteer scheduling and placement will be managed by Women Deliver. Culture Night - Thursday June 5
Culture Night is where the Women Deliver conference meets the City of Vancouver. This free, outdoor celebration will bring conference delegates together with locals for an evening of music, food, art and Indigenous culture that reflects British Columbia's vibrancy. Thousands of Vancouver local and international delegates will mix and mingle at Jack Poole Plaza near the Vancouver Convention Centre. Members are invited to come and visit the BCNU exhibitor booth.
