Nurses to Receive February Wage Increase
Final wage increase from the 2014-2019 contract effective first pay period following February 1
BCNU members who are covered by the Nurses' Bargaining Association (NBA) provincial collective agreement are due to receive a 1.75% wage increase, effective the first pay period following February 1.
This latest increase includes the 0.75% economic stability dividend (ESD) payment recently announced by the provincial government.
Members can view NBA wage grid to find out their new rate of pay, effective the first pay period after February 1.
Nurses will also receive a 2% wage increase on April 1, 2019 as per the terms of the recently ratified 2019-2022 NBA collective agreement.
