Members Invited to Celebrate BCNU Day

Nearly 40 years ago, on June 11, 1981, the Empress Hotel in Victoria welcomed approximately 200 nurses who gathered for BCNU's founding convention. Since that momentous day, June 11 is known as BCNU Day.
2021 is a special year as it marks BCNU's 40th anniversary. To help celebrate, all members are invited to test their knowledge with the BCNU Day Quiz - your chance to discover BCNU history including decades of support for BC's nurses.
Starting today, all members can log in to the BCNU Member Portal. One prize of an Apple Watch Series 6 will be awarded per BCNU region. Everyone who completes the quiz will be entered to win.
The BCNU Day Quiz will be available from Tuesday, June 1 through Friday, June 11, BCNU Day.
How to take the BCNU Day Quiz:
- Login to the BCNU Member Portal.
- Find the quiz link on the landing page, under the "Quick Links" section.
- Submit your responses and be entered to win the random draw.
- Winners will be announced in the member eNews on Tuesday, June 15!
