NBA Article 63 Wage Grid Finalized

BCNU and the Health Employers Association of BC have finalized an updated wage grid for long-term care case managers previously covered by Article 63 (A.6 – Special Wage Rate Schedules for Pine Free Clinic) of the 2019-22 Nurses’ Bargaining Association collective agreement.

The updated wage grid schedules also include the recently negotiated Step 10 and Add Pay rates. The wage grid is currently effect and health employers have been notified.
