Fraser Health Community Nurses Impacted by Incorrect Information on T2200 Form
As a result, some members have been audited by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and incurred subsequent costs. We are requesting that any member who has been audited to contact their steward with specific documents including:
- The T2200 for the appropriate year/s the audit occurred and
- Documentation from the CRA that outlines the reason for the audit.
It is essential for those members who have been impacted by the error that has resulted in an audit to contact their steward as soon as possible.
