Staff Labour Dispute Update
BCNU is pleased to announce that a new collective agreement has been reached with Unifor staff members.
The parties are to be commended for working through the weekend to reach a settlement which has been ratified by both parties.
However, the BCNU office remains closed as a settlement has not been reached with COPE/MoveUp and a picket line is still in place.
All urgent issues related to WorkSafe, LTD, LEAP, DTA, PRF and labour relations are now ?being addressed by a larger BCNU team.
BCNU would like to thank the stewards, EDMP reps, Council and Regional Executives who have carried on their usual excellent work on behalf of BCNU members.
