Help BC Nurses

Nurses in BC are working critically short staffed across the province, making it more and more difficult to provide safe patient care. Not being able to provide the best patient care they can to every one of their patients weighs heavily on nurses and is morally distressing.
 
BC will need more than 26,000 nurses by 2031. Yet, one out of three nurses say they’re thinking of leaving the nursing profession in the next two years. It’s time for the BC government to act now to address the nursing shortage.
